My adoration for the culinary arts has led me down a path spanning over 16 years in the food service industry. The majority focus of my studies have been centered around contemporary American Cuisine, with a particular concentration on locally sourced ingredients. I have a firm belief, that as eating is essential to the human experience, we should develop our understanding of the culinary arts to grow our appreciation for the food laid out before our plates.
